Can the Quail Feather Plucker pluck one broiler chicken at a time?

The Quail Feather Plucker can handle birds up to 10 lbs. However, the rubber plucking fingers are designed for quail and game birds. There are more fingers on the quail feather plucker than there are on the chicken feather plucker and the quail fingers are smaller.
