Why doesn't the turner in my HB incubator work?

First, check if there is a green light on the TurnX adapter. If there isn't and it's red, try clicking it again to see if it will turn green. If there are no colors, please call our customer support team to troubleshoot further. However, if it is green and it is still not working, double check it is connected to the cable in the back right corner.
