How-To: Adjusting the Vents

Incubator vents should be open at least 1/3 of the way at all times. Exceptions can be made where they can be closed further if your experiencing condensation or have your incubator in a colder room. When hatching, please make sure the vents are open fully to allow for proper oxygen flow to your hatching chicks. If you are having trouble opening your vents, you can use a small amount of dish detergent to help loosen the vent for turning.
