Condensation can be caused if your external temperature is cooler than the internal temperature of your incubator. The resulting water may leak from the back corners of your incubator. It is designed to do this and will not result in chick loss. The solution would be to increase the temperature of the room your incubator is located in.
Water may also be going in to your incubator due to the placement of your Humisonic unit. There are two things you will need to double check. First, that the yellow lid to your side reservoir tank is on correctly with the larger hole sitting towards the back of the incubator and not directly above the metal Humisonic unit. Second, you should have the white circular part of your Humisonic unit facing away from the incubator. This is where the vapor is generated. If it is facing the funnel's hole, it can cause water to "bubble over" and into your incubator. If you have any questions, you can reach out to our customer support team at (800) 511-1369.
